The Role

We're looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our email and SMS marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing who enjoys detailed execution, organization, and optimization. You'll work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to support campaign builds, scheduling, testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization across both email and SMS channels.

What You'll Do

• Assist with email campaign creation , including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design
• Support email scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time
• Help manage email lists and segmentation within Klaviyo
• Assist with building and updating automated email flows
• Support A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance
• Track and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunities
• Assist with SMS marketing execution , including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting
• Support QA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practices
• Help maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows
• Stay up-to-date on email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends
  

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce (internships or entry-level roles included)
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform (required)
• Basic understanding of email and SMS marketing KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written communication skills and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Experience assisting with SMS marketing is a plus
• Basic HTML familiarity is a plus
• Marketing certificate, diploma, or degree is a plus
