As the first Registered Massage Therapist at our new Port Coquitlam location, you’ll help establish massage therapy services in a brand-new space alongside a top-tier team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, registered dieticians and clinical counsellors. You’ll be part of BC’s most comprehensive private healthcare team, with a shared commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centered care.

Requirements

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Tall Tree, you will: 

• Deliver hands-on, client-centered care. You’ll assess and treat clients using evidence-informed manual therapy techniques—including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and others within your scope. You’ll have the time and support to tailor treatment plans to each individual, helping them recover, manage pain, and move with more ease. 
• Be a trusted part of an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Counsellors to ensure your clients receive integrated, coordinated care—without silos. You’re never on your own here. 
• Handle the clinical essentials—without getting bogged down. You’ll maintain clear and professional clinical documentation and communicate with insurers or other third parties as needed. We’ve got systems and admin support in place so you can spend more time treating and less time chasing paperwork. 
• Keep growing as a clinician. We believe better practitioners = better care. You’ll have access to mentorship, peer learning, and funded continuing education to keep your skills sharp and your curiosity engaged. 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

• Licensed to practice massage therapy in BC . You’re registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and ready to bring your clinical skills to a collaborative, client-first environment. New grads welcome—we value attitude and curiosity as much as experience!
• Clinically strong and always learning. You have a solid foundation in evidence-informed treatment and a deep respect for the complexity of the human body and experience. You’re committed to getting better every year. 
• Growth-minded and open. You’re passionate about learning and open to new ideas, whether from emerging research, interdisciplinary teammates, or your clients themselves. 
• A strong communicator and collaborator. You can explain treatment plans clearly, communicate with empathy, and contribute meaningfully in team settings. You value mutual respect and shared problem-solving.
