You will work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimisation, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwCs reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. As part of the Sourcing and Procurement team you engage in procurement operations and strategic sourcing initiatives across various sectors. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
