Salary: Up to $300K + equity

• You thrive at the intersection of design and code, bringing ideas to life with tools like Webflow, Figma, React, and Tailwind.
• You’re excited to own end-to-end product design in a high-growth, AI-powered startup environment.
• You design everything with the end user in mind.

About Our Client:

• A Series A rocketship startup with millions of users already scaling globally.
• Recently raised millions in venture funding to dominate the next wave of AI + LLM developer tools.
• Building the operating system for AI-driven workflows with a remote-first team spanning North America.

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire UI/UX and product design process from strategy to execution.
• Translate complex AI/LLM concepts into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to ship pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
• Define and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
• Drive user research and feedback loops to refine the product experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design excellence in every release.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of high-impact shipped products.
• Mastery of Figma and strong background in UI/UX for SaaS or dev tools.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Tailwind, React or similar tools for prototyping and implementation.
• Strong grasp of typography, spacing, color, and responsive design.

Preferred:

• Experience designing for AI/LLM-based products or developer platforms.
• Background in early-stage startups where you’ve owned product design.
• Ability to influence brand identity, motion design, and creative direction.

Compensation Range:

Up to $300K base + equity ownership in a hyper-growth Series A startup.
