• End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Architecture Leadership for Japan  Lead solution architecture across core value streams (P2D, O2C, P2P, R2R), balancing global template governance with Japan localization.
• High-Impact Design Authority Role  Define and govern integrated architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems, driving architectural decisions, deviation approvals, and compliance.
• Strategic Leadership in Large-Scale Automotive Programs  Drive Japan deployments from Blueprint through Go-Live in close collaboration with Japanese stakeholders and global IT leadership.

Annual Salary: 15 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshops, and Architecture Design for Japanese expansion
• Enhance global templates and localize for Japan while ensuring consistency with core design principles
• Act as design authority, approving solution deviations and ensuring governance compliance
• Define and manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
• Provide clear solution direction and promote build implementation
• Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
• Lead roll-out programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, auditing, and control requirements

Qualifications

• Lead SAP S/4HANA architecture for large-scale automotive manufacturing programs in Japan. Responsible for global template governance, localization, and integrated solution design across core value streams (P2D, O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Requires 15+ years SAP experience, strong architectural leadership, and expertise in Japanese manufacturing standards.
• Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
• Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and promoting build implementation
• Core Specialties:
  • End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
  • Architectural leadership in core value streams:
    • Plan-to-Deliver (P2D)
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Purchase-to-Payment (P2P)
    • Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Industry Experience:
• Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive
  • Additional strengths:
    • Discrete manufacturing
    • Supply chain and production planning
    • Quality, logistics, and cost management
    • Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing standards and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-country deployment with a single S/4HANA global template.
• Work experience with Japan’s OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
• SAP S/4HANA certification

Bilingual requirements : Native level Japanese, Business Level English
