Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant who enjoys the flexibility of home-working and out-of-hours shifts?

We are a successful travel management company for the charity and academic communities and we are proud and passionate about what we do. 

We currently have an opportunity in our Nights Team for experienced Business Travel Consultants to work from (UK) home in a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern between 9pm – 7am. Providing vital support to our Academic and Charity clients around the globe, you will be booking flights, hotel and car hire, as well as advising clients on travel visas.

We are looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants with a good working knowledge of reservations, fares and ticketing gained within a TMC environment, ideally in a Nights / Out Of Hours role.

• Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
• A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
• Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
• Experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares
• Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but cross-training can be given
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to achieve individual and team targets
