Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Management)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. This role is data-entry intensive , with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in QuickBooks , so advanced computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments

• Receive, verify, and document inventory accurately

• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies

• Perform heavy data entry and transaction processing in QuickBooks

• Prepare shipping documentation and reports

• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management preferred

• Strong computer skills with proven experience using QuickBooks

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and communication skills
