Position: Call Center Agent (In-Office, Night Shift - B Schedule) Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $18.30 ($16.80/hour + $1.50 Nights Differential)
Schedule: 4:50 PM - 5:00 AM // Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Alternate Wednesday

About the Role: We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a
fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry. What You'll Do: - Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
- Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
- Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
- Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
- Take on additional tasks as assigned

- Solid phone communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of dispatch or customer service experience (preferred)
