We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a premier construction firm specializing in luxury custom homes and full-scale renovations based in New York. Known for craftsmanship, precision, and a commitment to excellence, the company delivers exceptional residential projects that set the standard in high-end living.
This fully remote role provides direct administrative and operational support to the CEO during EST business hours. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the professionalism and discretion expected in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Serve as the CEO’s primary point of administrative and operational support
Manage scheduling, communications, and day-to-day priorities for executive needs
Assist project managers with administrative coordination and documentation
Answer and route calls, providing professional client-facing support
Oversee procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Contribute to a positive and efficient workflow with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom)
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently
Preferred: Experience using QuickBooks in a financial operations capacity, including invoicing and expense management
