Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading American multinational corporation and technology company in the Onsite Role for a Contract Admin Assistant 1 role to assist their team. This is a REDMOND WA role.

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

SUMMARY
As the first point of contact for all group administrative needs, this position is committed to providing exceptional customer service and team support. Partner closely with other admins in the organization to ensure smooth operations, including morale and team event planning, miscellaneous project management, procurement and purchase order management, hardware and asset management, vendor staff setup, headcount operations, and new hire onboarding. 

SKILLS
•  Effective written and verbal communications skills
•  Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details
•  Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
•  Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•  Consistently demonstrate a “can-do” and customer service attitude
•  Ability to lift and move standard office equipment up to 20lbs (i.e. computers and peripherals)
•  3+ years of administrative support using MS products including Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
•  3+ years of experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment

MUST HAVE
1. Minimum 1-2 years experience administrative support using MS products including Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
2. Minimum 1-2 year experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
3. Minimum 1-2 years experience planning and executing events, new hire onboarding, and equipment management. Ordering and shipping hardware, onsite asset management, and onsite moral planning.
