FP&A（経営企画）、会計、財務、税務、監査、投資家向け報告など、財務機能全般の統括
ゼネラルマネージャー（GM）および経営陣と連携し、戦略的な財務目標の策定と実行
ビジネス判断および資源配分を支援するための財務分析および予測の提供
U.S. GAAP、SEC規制、業界特有の財務基準の遵守
外部監査法人、規制当局、金融機関との関係管理
複数の事業部門およびグローバルオペレーションにまたがる予算編成プロセスの開発と管理
財務ガバナンスおよびリスク管理の推進により、企業資産とレピュテーションの保護
企業文化やミッションに沿った高いパフォーマンスを発揮する財務チームの育成とマネジメント
財務、会計、経済学などの学士号（MBA、CPA、CFA保有者歓迎）
財務分野での12年以上の実務経験、および5年以上の上級幹部ポジションでのリーダーシップ経験
製薬・バイオテクノロジー・ヘルスケア業界に関する知識、および商業・R&Dファイナンスの経験
優れた分析力、経営層との対話力、ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーションスキル
変化の激しい環境やミッション重視の組織で活躍できる能力
