About the Role

The Video Interviewer (VI) plays a critical role in the candidate journey. You will conduct structured video interviews, evaluate candidate alignment, and provide clear, concise summaries to the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) for client presentation. This part-time role ensures consistency, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience, while also supporting an exceptional client experience.

What You Will Do

Candidates (70%)

  • Review resumes, profiles, and pre-screen questions in advance.
  • Conduct structured video interviews via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Apply Squadron’s 5C’s Interview Framework (Confirm Fit, Clarify Depth, Connect Dots, Call Out Flags, Compose the Case).
  • Evaluate candidate alignment with role qualifications, culture fit, and client expectations.
  • Represent clients truthfully with professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.

Process & Quality (20%)

  • Submit structured interview recaps, including strengths, flags, and recommendation status.
  • Ensure timely upload of video files, notes, and scorecards.
  • Track progress and update candidate statuses in Squadron’s systems.
  • Maintain consistency in evaluation and reporting to support client decision-making.

Collaboration (10%)

  • Partner with the CDM to clarify role requirements, expectations, and feedback.
  • Communicate blockers, wins, and trends in real-time.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share insights on interview outcomes.

  • Experience in interviewing, recruiting, or candidate evaluation (preferred).
  • Strong written communication for concise, accurate notes.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
  • Quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet.
  • Comfort using Zoom/Google Meet and online communication tools.

  • Interviews Completed per Week (target 15–20).

  • Interview Summary Accuracy – Aligned with CDM and client expectations.
  • Candidate Experience Rating – Aim for 4.5+/5 if surveys are conducted.
