About the Role We're looking for a
UX Graphic Designer to design user-centered visuals and intuitive digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality assets that enhance usability and deliver visual impact. This position blends graphic design with UX principles and requires a creative self-starter who understands how design influences interaction.
Key Responsibilities - Digital Experience Design : Support UX/UI initiatives by creating user-friendly designs for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and app interfaces.
- Branded Visual Content : Design cohesive visual assets for social media, presentations, marketing collateral, and advertisements-ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Multimedia : Use After Effects and related tools to develop animated graphics and short-form video content.
- User-Centered Collaboration : Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure that design solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
- Brand Consistency : Apply design principles, including typography and layout hierarchy, to maintain a polished and consistent visual identity.
- Project & Time Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements - Proven experience as a graphic or UX designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting digital design, UX/UI work, and branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects); Figma or similar UX tools a plus.
- Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user interface best practices.
- Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Motion graphics and/or videography experience is a plus.
- Must be coachable, team-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive mindset.
