Company Profile

A global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm who manage call center operations for some of the world's leading insurance and luxury vehicle companies.

The Role

• You'll be part of the Japan senior leadership team, working closely with the local C-suite and regional leaders to ensure smooth operation of customer call centers.
• You'll be responsible for two separate locations and manage 6-7 direct reports and lead a wider team of around 150 people.
• You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders from customers to improve current operations; you'll have ownership of this.
• Workforce planning to ensure optimal coverage during seasonal spikes, busier periods, and even preparing for unplanned volume spikes.

Your Skills

• Native level Japanese and business English are mandatory.
• Experience in managing call center operations in any industry (e.g. tech, travel, insurance, retail, other services).
• Team leadership experience (ideally at least 4-5 direct reports).
