Job Description

• Manage the Exchange terminals across Asia
• Work closely with exchange terminal vendors to coordinate system upgrades/migrations/configuration changes
• Interact with Exchanges directly to organize weekend testing when appropriate
• Perform releases and testing at the weekend when appropriate
• Develop and support a configuration, resource allocation, and deployment system for electronic trading platform
• Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, and overall system health
• Assist with day-to-day production support and incident management

Job Qualification:

• Min. 3-4 years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial analysis and requirements gathering with users, through design, development, QA testing and production release
• Proficient in UNIX – in-depth knowledge is a must; Experience supporting applications in a Linux or Unix environment
• Using orchestration tools including Gradle, Git, Confluence, or JIRA
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills with other groups, technology teams, and business users
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas and provide multiple solutions to a problem
• Ability to handle multiple on-going assignments and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed team

Japanese languages: Business level English required. Japanese Good to have.
