Job Description:

• Experience Design Managers work with business, development, and other stakeholders to design experiences that have business impact and are meaningful to customers and users, leading a series of tasks from concept building to UX/UI development, identifying issues, and testing usability. Specifically, we mainly perform the following tasks.
• Facilitating business, development, and other stakeholders from a UX perspective regarding the experience design of the project in charge
• Planning and managing UXUI design activities for projects
• Organize issues and design experiences through target personas and customer/user journeys
• UI solutions, including UI flow, wireframes, prototyping, etc., and UX architect creation
• Continuous improvement proposals for design systems and quality assurance of design components
• Design and conduct user research and simplified user testing
• We expect you to lead experience design by understanding business issues, organizing issues from a UX perspective, and visualizing experiences.

Job Qualification:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in UXUI design in app and website development (user research, design, user testing, prototyping, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in management/mentoring junior designers (including vendors)
• Creating UI design in line with the design system (design guidelines)
• Navigation design based on information organization and structuring
• Creation of personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, etc.
• Skills in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Figma, other UX design tools)
• Understanding of human-centered design, design thinking, and agile methodologies
• Skills to autonomously manage tasks and create designs of the expected quality on project deadlines
• Skills in communicating with relevant departments and conducting workshops
• Native Japanese, English Business Level
• Willing to think autonomously and tackle difficult challenges with a positive attitude.
• Those who value teamwork
• Required TOEIC score of 700 or more Purpose of use E-mail, Telephone, Conference Presentation

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
