The Role
- Manage bookkeeping and monthly closings, including reconciliations and aging reports.
- Monitor suspense accounts and ensure accurate intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation accurately.
- Oversee cash balances and perform cash flow analysis in coordination with the A/P & A/R Supervisor.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with the Head of Finance.
- Follow up on outstanding A/P and A/R items as needed.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax agents.

Your Skills
- Fluent Japanese and business English
- 5+ years of hands on accounting experience
