As an analyst in our Data and Analytics team, you’ll support Credit and Marketing strategies, using data and advanced analytics to drive growth. Our 2-year rotational program provides comprehensive experience across multiple areas. Consumer Banking at Barclays Barclays US Consumer Bank is a rapidly growing top 10 credit card issuer and online bank. We develop co-branded credit card programs for leading travel, entertainment, retail, and affinity brands, enabling clients and consumers to make payments and spend with credit cards. We innovate to meet evolving client and digital needs. Who we're looking for To qualify, you must: Be an undergraduate student expecting to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026, with a degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research), and a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Experience with analytical tools like SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau is required. Ideally, you have strong analytical skills, can translate data into insights, and are a good communicator and team player. Working in Wilmington Our Wilmington campus features modern amenities like a cafe, wellness spaces, and scenic views of the Christina River. Located along Wilmington Riverfront, it offers easy access from New York and Washington, DC via nearby train station.
