The Role

• Manage the full lifecycle of translation projects.
• Coordinate with translators, editors, and proofreaders.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Assign tasks to appropriate language professionals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems during projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to localization and translation best practices.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management or translation industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
