役割と責任
本ポジションは、メカトロニクスチームに所属し、弊社のロボティクスソリューションの量産体制の構築・最適化を担う製造部門のリーダーとして、国内外の技術チームと連携しながら製造全体の品質・コスト・納期を統括いただきます。
また、国籍を含めた多様なバックグラウンドをもつ社員の橋渡し役としても、技術的な整合性とチーム間の円滑な連携をリードできる方を歓迎します。
