Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 1A/3A skilled Camel Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while demonstrating mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair. As a Camel Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for assisting stranded motorists, transporting vehicles and equipment, and providing exceptional service in various situations.

Duties

Respond promptly to towing requests and emergencies, ensuring timely assistance for customers in need.
Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Perform vehicle recovery and transportation tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles with care.
Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering support during stressful situations.
Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including vehicle information and customer details.
Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate towing assignments and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Valid 1A/3A commercial driving license (CDL) is required for operating tow trucks.
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
