As a Tourism Coordinator, you will facilitate travel bookings, provide information about destinations and travel packages, and assist clients in planning their vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat regarding travel packages, availability, and pricing.
• Promote travel packages and special offers to generate sales and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
• Stay informed about travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside and have work authorization in the United States.
• Access to a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
