• High-impact consulting role with hands-on D365 Finance & Operations delivery  Work across the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 FO, combining deep technical expertise with business consulting.
• End-to-end involvement from pre-sales to solution delivery  Lead workshops, demos, estimations, and solution design activities that directly support new client acquisition and successful project execution.
• Opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape modern ERP solutions  Coach junior teams while leveraging Azure DevOps, LCS, and integration technologies to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade ERP solutions.

Annual Salary : 10 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Consulting role with technical delivery
• Hands on experience with Dynamics FO and with technology implementation
• Pre-Sales Solution creation activities
• Conduct workshops, demos for both project delivery and Pre-Sales phase
• D365 FO ERP Configuration skills such as, workflows, validation rules, approval processes
• D365 FO Customization skills such as, interface development, extensions, Chain of commands. 
• Comfortable understanding of LCS portal for environment management and Azure DevOps
• Migration of data experience and using different data transfer tools
• Supporting and reviewing presales during development of new clients and businesses
• Coach and mentor Junior teams
• Provide estimates of the effort to implement a solution
• Provide guidance to team in the business requirement phase to understand point & click config solution/Code level solution/Customization

Job Qualification:

• 8+ years of D365 FO ERP, AX 2012, Ax 2009 experience
• Expert level understanding of the core D365 FO platform
• Strong knowledge on Configurations and admin capabilities
• Hands-On experience on LCS portal management to manage and maintain the environments
• Hands-On experience on Azure DevOps to accomplish seamless CI/CD
• Web Service development or experience with D365 FO API (REST, SOAP and Data Entities)
• Experience in integrating D365 FO with different business systems, both On-premises and cloud applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Development, Extensions, and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer certification
• Solution estimation methods
• High impact Communication skills
• Business Acumen
• Customer Orientation
• Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Solution Architectural Design Skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel

Language Skills : Bilingual level N2(Japanese and English), Japanese Native preferred
