FLUENT JAPANESE AND HIGH BUSINESS ENGLISH ARE MANDATORY

What you'll do
* The role is a mix of working with the US HQ's IT team to develop and adapt IT roadmaps for local requirements.
* There will be projects focused on business applications, but probably more focus on infrastructure and ensuring that the company's clinics are adequately set up for success.
* You'll be focusing on key areas such as data privacy, scalability, and optimization - you'll also have control of the IT budget.
* Work closely with other business unit leaders such as finance, clinical, legal, etc.
Your skills
* Fluent Japanese and High-Business level English are mandatory.
* You will have some IT management / leadership experience, ideally focusing on all-round IT, but someone with an infrastructure leadership background could also be a good fit.
* Alternatively, someone from an IT Business Relationship Management background could also be considered due to the strategic element of the role.
* Someone who can work independently as this is initially a standalone role - but with a plan for building a team.
