The job of the Shopkeeper is to lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating all customers and team members with care and respect. Shopkeepers are full-time employees also responsible for accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members). This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts

The qualified Shopkeeper candidate:

• Passionate about customer service and inspires passion in their team

• Strong work ethic, good heart, and team-first mentality

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and achieve competing deadlines

• Creative, resourceful, and proactive problem solver

• Energetic, positive, and skillful communicator

• Eagerness to adapt and grow as a leader

• Committed to the well-being of their shop team, their community, and the environment around them.

• Prior management experience, particularly in the service industry, is a plus but is not required
