主な職務/ Job Responsibility

サービステクニシャン（整備士）の主な責任は、スカニア製品の高品質なメンテナンス、修理を行うことです。
決められたプロセス、基準、およびガイドラインに従うことで、納期厳守、および作業の安全性が達成されます。
技術者は、顧客満足、スカニアの収益性、安全性を保つことに貢献します。　
The main responsibility of the Technician is to perform high quality maintenance and repairs on Scania products.
On time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines.
The Technician contributes to customer satisfaction, Scania’s profitability and safety on our roads.

• 職務およびタスクを正しく実行するために必要な製品、及びの最新のサービス情報を理解する。プロセスおよびビジネスに関係する製品やサービスの価値を理解する。
  /Maintains an up to date understanding of products and services necessary to perform duties and tasks. Understands products and services value proposition connected to processes and business.
• 日常業務での安全衛生ルールや手順の大切さを理解する。すべての従業員にとって健康で安全を保つ作業環境を作る。
  / Understanding for importance of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work. Creates and safeguards a healthy, safe and sustainable work environment for all employees.
• スカニア車両品質を保つため修理とメンテナンスの基本概念、トラブルシューティング、

修理方法や技術、車両の技術的な側面、使用するツールや機器について理解する。指示書やマニュアルの理解。
/ Understanding of Scania’s repair and maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, repair methods and techniques, vehicle technical aspects, tools and equipment. Ability to use instructions and documentation.

• メンテナンスまたは修理の前に:正しい情報、ツール、スペアパーツがあることを確認する。
  / Before Maintenance or Repair Event: Secure that right information, tools and spare parts are available.
• メンテナンスまたは修理作業中:　適正な作業方法と基準を理解し、安全な方法で時間通りにメンテナンスまたは修理を行う。
  / During Maintenance or Repair Event: Through well-known and described working methods and standards perform maintenance or repair on time in a correct and safe way.
• メンテナンスまたは修理作業後: 請求の処理時間を最小限に抑えるサポート行う。
  / After Maintenance or Repair work: Support to minimize claim processing time.
• チームの目標を達成するため他者と協力して働く。
  / Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
• 最高の顧客体験をするための高品質なサービスを提供する
  / Provide high-quality services for the best customer experience.

• 紹介時必要な資料・情報/ Materials and information required – 日本語の履歴書及び職務経歴書、 生年月日情報 / Japanese CV with Date of birth information
• 可能な限り、F2Fで実施。勤務予定地で実施/ From 1st round interview as much as possible in work location
• Offerに至った場合、他の候補者との関係上Offer後3日以内のお返事を原則とする。/ If an offer is made, we will respond to the offer within 3 days of the offer in principle due to the relationship with other candidates.
• 希望就業開始/ Joining date – ASAP

• 勤務時間 / Working Hours - 9：00～18：00
• 休日 / Holidays - 年間125日

• 試用期間/Probation - 3ヵ月～6ヵ月（3か月経過時点で判断）/ 3 months ～6 months(Decided at the end of 3 months）
• 給与/Salary - 昇給あり、インセンティブ（業績により年１回支給）/ Salary revision, Incentives（Once in a year depending on performance）
