リーガルリスクをコントロールし、法律や規則の遵守を確保するための法務実務に従事いただきます。また、日本のみならず、海外子会社等のグローバル全体へ法務サービスを提供し、法務管理を行っていただきます。

◆以下の２つのうちいずれかが必須となります。
・日本または海外における弁護士資格（日本の弁護士資格尚可）
・企業での5年以上の法務実務経験をお持ちの方（エレクトロニクス、自動車産業、半導体、精密機械、製造業（薬品以外）等のメーカー系またはソフトウェア系企業尚可／事務所での左記案件対応経験可）
◆取引法務（IT、技術ライセンスや共同開発等のテクノロジー関連）の十分な経験
◆ビジネス交渉が可能なレベルの日本語・英語力（※英語力については入社後1-2年で上記レベルに到達可能な程度の素養・意欲があれば可）
◆海外の取引先や提携先との英語における交渉経験
◆M&A、会社法やリスクマネジメントを含むガバナンス、およびデータプライバシーその他のコンプライアンスの経験
◆新規のビジネススキームやプロセスをグローバルに立ち上げ、展開するために必要となるプロジェクトマネジメントスキル、学習能力、柔軟な対応能力および忍耐力
