Job Description

Si vous êtes passionné(e) par la restauration, le développement des affaires et les événements corporatifs, ce rôle est pour vous.

Le candidat idéal sera responsable de superviser les opérations et les stratégies des équipes de vente. En recherchant les tendances du marché et en menant des analyses de la concurrence, il développera et mettra en œuvre des stratégies commerciales.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente du groupe.
  • Préparer des rapports opérationnels et financiers pour le département des ventes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour créer des offres sur mesure.
  • Superviser la gestion, l’apprentissage et le développement de carrière de l’équipe de vente
  • Coordonner directement les initiatives de ventes croisées et de marketing conjoint afin de maximiser la visibilité et la rentabilité
  • Suivre les performances et optimiser les revenus.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente et expérience confirmée en ventes, idéalement dans la restauration ou l’événementiel.
  • Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe.
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en vente.
  • Solides compétences en leadership multi-sites et sens stratégique.
  • Orientation résultats et excellent relationnel.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais pour la communication fluide avec les clients).
  • Mobile (détenteur d'un permis de conduire valide).

  • Develop and implement the group’s sales strategies.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and profitability.
  • Monitor performance and optimize revenue.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience, with proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or event management.
  • Over 3 years of team management experience.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong multi-site leadership skills and strategic mindset.
  • Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English) for smooth communication with clients.
  • Mobile (holder of a valid driver’s license).
