Job Description

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated print estimator, production scheduler, and machine operator for a growing facility in Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for someone with a strong printing background who will support estimating, job setup, machine operation, and mailing production while working closely with internal teams and vendors.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $28 – $40/hr., depending on experience

Hours:

• Part-time, flexible schedule
• Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the estimator / scheduler / operator:

• Prepare accurate print job estimates and revise quotes as needed
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Schedule and set up print jobs for efficient production
• Operate high-speed copiers, duplicators, and finishing equipment
• Run cutters, collators, folders, stitchers, and envelope inserting machines
• Assemble daily mailings and coordinate bulk mail delivery
• Maintain production records, print files, and material inventory

Requirements of the estimator / scheduler / operator:

• 5+ years of printing experience
• Background in estimating, scheduling, and job setup
• Knowledge of digital, offset, and large-format printing
• Comfortable with print estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
