Tom Wood is a Norwegian jewellery house founded in 2013 by Mona Jensen, and our Company consists of approximately 60 employees across Oslo, Tokyo, and Barcelona.

Rooted in Scandinavian aesthetic principles of innovation and functionality, our jewellery house is known for its contemporary and distinctive design. With a commitment to responsible practices and quality, jewellery from Tom Wood is crafted to last a long time with the lowest environmental impact as possible.

Your Role

As a full-time Sales Advisor , you will deliver premium, personalised service that brings Tom Wood’s brand story to life. You’ll guide clients through our collections with warmth and integrity, helping them find the perfect piece while building lasting relationships that drive store success.

仕事内容

セールスアドバイザーとして、トムウッドのブランドストーリーを体現し、プレミアムでパーソナライズされたサービスを提供して頂きます。お客様を温かく誠実にコレクションへご案内し、最適なジュエリーをお選びいただくお手伝いをするとともに、長期的な関係構築を通じて店舗の成功に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, tailored experience that meets Tom Wood’s premium service standards
• Share our brand story, craftsmanship, and product details confidently
• Understand client needs and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Support store commercial goals through strong sales performance and upselling
• Maintain a pristine store environment, processing transactions with professionalism
• Collaborate respectfully with team members to create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring atmosphere
