Responsibilities: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Perform basic bookkeeping Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents Respond to employee questions and complaints Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Oversee the preparation of reports Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Work with minimal supervision Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Answer electronic inquiries.
