Our valued client, a leading firm in Risk and Insurance Services, is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their Hamilton team as an Admin Assistant and Receptionist. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, typically becoming permanent after two months, with an immediate start. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, and receiving daily support from the Executive Assistant. This company values welcoming, resourceful individuals who can multitask and stay on top of things, working well independently and as part of a team. You will play a crucial role as the main point of contact for the Hamilton office, ensuring smooth daily operations, providing essential administrative support, and creating a positive first impression for all guests.
Advantages
