Job Description

Automotive company is looking for Program Manager (SOC).

• Support of project management for the wider security operations teams initiatives, including support for agile ceremonies. This includes tracking status, metrics, delivery, and reporting of backlog, sprints, epics, and tasks.
• The tracking and facilitation of security operations documentation, policy, and process reviews.
• Assistance in designing and executing security operation tabletop exercises and operational readiness drills. Also documenting and tracking remediation of discoveries.
• Supporting development, refinement, and implementation of internal security operations policies, procedures, processes, and escalation protocols.
• Overseeing security operations business review, executive and external report, KPI and metric establishment, generation, and presentation.
• Responsibility for procurement efforts, vendor relationship management, and escalation for security operations tooling and purchased services.
• Facilitation of assessment and reporting on security operations maturity assessments e.g. Security Operations Center (SOC) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) CyberSecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0.
• Facilitating security operations and incident response retros and lessons learned sessions, capturing and documenting findings, and ensuring these are escalated to the appropriate teams or backlogs.
• Maintenance of a security operations skills matrix, skill gap analysis, management of on-demand training plans, and reviewing of training reviews and requirements.
• Management of end-to-end of the Request for Comment (RFC) process, ensuring smooth review and implementation of proposed ideas.
• Overseeing the application and communication with wider security operations trust groups and management.
• Monitoring of time allocation for engineering items to Individual Service Agreement (ISA)'s, overseeing delivery of ISA's, and aiding in preparation and submission of ISA's.
• Facilitating the planning of security operations financial year planning and budgeting.
• Tracking service and contract renewal for budget line items, notifying stakeholders of renewal, and assisting F&A with the renewal process.
• Aiding with the onboarding, upskilling of security engineers, and managing access and permissions.
