Preschool Dance Teacher We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and organized Preschool Dance Teachers to join our team! The ideal candidate should have previous experience teaching dance and be passionate about teaching young children ages 18 months-7 years old. We will train in curriculum. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, classroom management strategies and a team player. Candidate should be available late afternoon/evenings and Saturday mornings. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and creative dance classes Ensure the safety of all students in the class. Maintain a safe and inviting classroom environment. Lead, direct, and motivate students to reach their fullest potential. Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to students. Demonstrate and explain proper technique and form. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records. Qualifications: Reliable transportation Commit to set schedule August-May Able to choreography age appropriate recital routines Available to teach early evenings and Saturday mornings Available to attend staff meetings and schedule special events Agree to a background check Previous teaching experience in dance. Knowledge and experience in multiple dance styles, including ballet, tap, hip hop and tumbling. Ability to demonstrate proper technique and form. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
