Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Job Description :

• Manage communication across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment
• Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and track implementation progress
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and track action items
• Own project delivery and define quality management processes
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends
• Provide weekly project status reports to both customer and internal management
• Manage project effort estimation and cost control
• Manage communication across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment

• Own project delivery and define quality management processes
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends

• Manage labor costs and estimate costs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with retail PLM tools such as FlexPLM, Centric Software, TradeBeyond, Lectra, etc.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience managing project risks and working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing- related projects
• Understanding of basic engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology

Japanese languages: Fluent level Japanese required and business level English
