Your role & Responsibilities:

• In the role as PLM Solution Architect, you will anchor the engagement of development of the Scrum teams
• You will be pivotal to problem definition and facilitating discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on overall solution and architecture. 
• As a thought leader in PLM domain, you will be the key advisor to solution architecture and design of the overall application.
• You will assist in in-house capability building.
• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.  

Technical Skills and Experience

Required

• Understanding customer’s existing processes, systems/tools and challenges, then coming up with solution/proposal using global PLM systems
• Understanding of BOM & Design tools (CAD)
• Consultancy experience of understanding customer challenges and proposing PLM solutions
• Strong team working skills
• More than 7 years of PLM experience (Preferred PLM knowledge in Windchill for Discrete industries)
• Manufacturing / Shop floor knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, tools and systems (Nice to have)
• Global team working experience (Nice to have)
• Experience in negotiation with Clients

Preferred

• •  Experience in Auto-mobile or manufacturing domain knowledge
• •  Good understanding of Retain, Life sciences domain
