Join us in setting a new standard for sales.■About the RoleWe’re looking for a Platform Engineer to help scale and improve our infrastructure and developer tooling. You’ll join a small, high-impact team working closely with SREs, developers, and engineering leadership to support the growth of our platform and practices.We’re open to hiring engineers at any level—junior, mid, or senior. If you’re earlier in your career, we’ll support your development with mentorship and opportunities to grow. If you’re more experienced, you’ll take on more technical ownership, contribute to long-term strategy, and have the chance to mentor others.You’ll be joining a collaborative team of five: two SRE Engineers, one Platform Engineer, and you. You’ll report to the SRE team manager. While we loosely split responsibilities between SRE (AWS, security, reliability) and Platform (CI/CD, DX, internal tooling), we work together closely and pitch in across domains when needed.■Responsibilities・Contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, and internal tooling.・Collaborate with engineers to improve the reliability, performance, and experience of our development workflow.・Automate deployments and system operations to reduce manual toil.・Take part in or lead cross-functional projects (e.g., infra migrations, toolchain improvements).・Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for platform systems.・Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and incident retrospectives.・[If senior-level] Define technical direction and platform roadmap.・[If junior-level] Learn on the job with support and mentorship from senior teammates.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Requirements
【Technical Skills (You don’t need all of these—pick up where you’re strong)】
・CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with GitHub Actions (preferred), CircleCI, or similar—bonus points for reusable workflows.
・Containers & Orchestration: Docker familiarity; bonus if you’ve used orchestration tools in production.
・Security: Awareness of secrets management practices; experience with tools like AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, etc. is a plus.
・Observability: Experience with tools like OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, Grafana, or Datadog.
・Performance & Cost Optimization: Ability to tune infrastructure for speed and cost-efficiency.
・Developer Experience (DX): Experience improving local dev workflows or integrating tools like ESLint, LocalStack, LaunchDarkly, Mixpanel, Sentry, Mock Service Worker, or Storybook.
・Dependency Management Automation: Experience with Dependabot or Renovate.
・Shared Packages: Exposure to maintaining internal libraries or packages (e.g., NPM, Dart).
・Mobile CI/CD: Familiarity with iOS, Android, or Flutter pipelines is a bonus.
・Testing: Strong testing mindset—especially for infrastructure or mobile contexts.
・Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with AWS or GCP, ideally using IaC tools like AWS CDK or Terraform.
