Company Profile

An established Italian non-profit organisation dedicated to cultural, educational, and community-focused initiatives is seeking an Accounting & Administrative professional who can operate fluently in Italian and Japanese to support its expanding activities in Japan.

The Role

• You will support the organisation's daily accounting operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between Japan-based activities and the organisation's Italian headquarters.
• The role includes processing financial documents, managing invoices and expense records, preparing reports, and maintaining compliant non-profit documentation.
• You will also liaise frequently with Italian-speaking partners, Japanese vendors, and community stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Your Skills

• Business level Italian and Japanese (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
• Proficiency with accounting tools and Microsoft Office
