Personal Lines Insurance Representative

Position Overview

This is an onsite position focused on delivering exceptional service to clients with their personal lines insurance needs, including ICBC and auto insurance. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive insurance solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding personal lines insurance products
• Review coverage options, process policies, and manage policy renewals
• Engage with walk-in clients and conduct outbound calls to current and prospective clients
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products based on individual client needs
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our company values

Required Qualifications

• Level 2 Insurance Broker License (or in progress)
• 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Technical Requirements

• Experience with insurance management systems (EPIC experience preferred)
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
