Production Worker

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the cold environment operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing items in a cold environment to ensure quality and efficiency
• Preparing products for shipment according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Following safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Assisting team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Experience in food service, a plus if it is food packaging especially deli.
• Ability to be delicate and precise with food product
• Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
