ナイトマネージャーとして、夜間におけるホテル運営全体を管理し、ゲスト対応からスタッフの指導、安全管理まで幅広く担当します。フロント業務においては、チェックイン・チェックアウト対応やゲストからの問い合わせ・苦情対応を迅速かつ丁寧に行い、特別なリクエストがある場合は関係部署と連携して対応します。また、夜間の責任者（Manager on Duty）として、他施設も含めた運営状況の把握とスタッフのサポートを行い、マニュアルやガイドラインの遵守状況を確認しながら、問題発生時には関係部署と連携して迅速に対応します。さらに、セキュリティや緊急対応に関する知識をもとに、緊急時には適切な判断と行動を取り、定期巡回を通して安全性を確保します。チームマネジメントの面では、夜勤スタッフの監督・指導を行い、ポジティブな職場環境づくりやチームワークの促進、社内ルールの徹底、そしてオペレーションマネージャーとの連携を通じて、サービス品質の向上に努めていただきます。
