Work Hours: Choose between 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using advanced technology.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries.
Guide customers through Uline's website and online ordering process for a smooth experience.
Become a product and solutions expert! We will provide you with the tools to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior customer service experience is a plus ; we’re eager to train you to deliver legendary service!
