Who are we looking for?

We are looking for the office worker who is motivated and disciplined for the documentation work.

What will you be doing?

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and documentation. Your work will be grounded in your chemical expertise and driven by precision and collaboration.

Quality System Management

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards
• Conduct reviews and audits to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage essential documentation, including:
• Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
• Certificate of Ingredients (CoI)
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Customer-specific forms and compliance records

Desk-Based Analytical Work

• Leverage your chemical background to support product evaluation and quality analysis through office-based tasks

Who are You?

Education

Degree in a chemistry-related field from a college or university

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance or Operational Control roles
• ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 experience is a plus

What competencies will you need?

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent in speaking and writing
• English: TOEIC score of 550 or higher preferred
• Chinese: Bonus skill
