Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $18-$22

What You'll Do:
- Accurately pick, stage, and load orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets safety standards.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Work collaboratively with your team and supervisors to ensure daily operational success.
What You'll Bring: - Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift (Reach Truck or Cherry Picker) required.
- Previous experience in order selection, warehouse, or distribution work preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for long periods.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must.
Key Responsibilities - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying accuracy of shipments.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies.
- Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
Work Environment - Fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and warehouse conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
