Annual Salary: 4 Million and above

Job Qualifications:

• Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and the product.
• You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating these insights into actionable plans and specifications for our stakeholders such as the product team, sales team and marketing team.
• This role requires a blend of strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Business Analysis Dept. is a small group of 3members. However the team works closely with the Product team and Sales/Marketing team for the project
• Min. 3 of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Preferred qualification:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in the business consulting sector

Languages Proficiency: Business level Japanese and Business level English.
