Job Description

Topcan Cabinetry is a leading wholesale distributor of high-quality bathroom fixtures and supplies, proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our trade partners. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Front Desk & Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our company. This is a versatile role that combines front office administration with inside sales support. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administrative Duties:

  • Greet visitors and answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage general email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle and process customer orders, invoices, and returns with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain office organization, including inventory of office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Sales & Customer Service Duties:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our product lines to provide basic information and support to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from our inventory.
  • Assist with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and managing customer accounts.
  • Support the sales team with quotations, order tracking, and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales targets through exceptional service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a combined front desk, administrative, and/or customer service/sales role.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in either Cantonese or Mandarin is required.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently under pressure in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in the plumbing, construction, or bathroom supplies industry is a significant asset.
