Manage scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping related to facility and vendor management

Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Support onboarding and compliance-related documentation for staff and contractors

Provide general office and administrative support as required

Profile

Previous experience in administrative, office management, or operations support
*

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*

Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (English ability is a plus)
