We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Torrance, California. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure the office runs smoothly, and support team productivity through effective management of supplies and resources. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily administrative activities to ensure seamless office operations.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and managing payments.
• Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
• Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors to address facility needs.
• Organize and maintain office records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
• Support new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and necessary materials.
• Address any operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all staff.• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in handling accounts payable processes.
• Familiarity with ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage receptionist duties professionally and efficiently.
• Competence in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
