Responsibilities:

Assist the on-site sales team in coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers.
Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs
Obtain contact/follow-up information from prospective buyers visiting the community.
Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Nevada Real Estate License and be willing to it move to JWS
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional dress and demeanor
Desire to excel in team oriented environment
Reliable transportation
