また ルレエシャトー基準のサービス品質を現場で体現しクレーム対応や改善施策を通じてチーム全体のレベル向上をリード していただきます
You will work hands-on on the floor while overseeing the overall operation of the Food & Beverage department.
Responsibilities include daily restaurant and meeting/banquet service reservation coordination staff scheduling and time management as well as team development.
You will also embody and uphold Relais & Châteaux service standards leading complaint handling and continuous service improvement while raising the overall performance of the team.
Qualifications :
応募資格 / Qualifications
ホテルレストラン等飲食業界での実務経験 3年以上
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations
日本語英語ともに ビジネスレベルで対応可能な方優遇
Business-level Japanese and English preferred
マネジメント経験をお持ちの方優遇
Management experience preferred
